Powerful Trauma Intensives that meet you where you are.

Deep, guided sessions to reclaim your energy, safety, and self.

Life is hectic, and finding time for weekly therapy can feel impossible. Between work, family, errands, and everything else on your plate, it’s easy to feel like there’s never a quiet moment just for you.

Even when you have carved out the space for weekly therapy in the past, it always felt rushed, leaving you wishing there was more space to really dig and make meaningful progress.

And that’s exactly why an Intensive might be just what you need.

Intensive work lets you....
  • Dedicate time to focus deeply on old patterns and experiences in a concentrated, supportive space.

  • Gain clarity around recurring relational or personal challenges.

  • Break cycles that keep you stuck in unhelpful habits.

  • Reconnect with yourself and notice your emotions, triggers, and needs.

  • Build confidence and balance in how you show up in relationships and in life.

  • Make meaningful, concentrated progress that’s harder to achieve in smaller, weekly sessions.

Carving out time just for you can feel like a big deal, but it’s also one of the most powerful things you can do for your healing. Trauma Intensives give you the chance to step away from the weekly grind, focus fully on what’s been holding you back, and make shifts that are harder to tackle in shorter sessions. It’s not about rushing or forcing change—it’s about giving yourself the space to explore, understand, and practice new ways of being in a safe, supportive environment.

During an intensive, you get to really notice your patterns, tune into your triggers, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been quieted or overlooked. You can try out new ways of responding, break cycles that have kept you stuck, and start feeling more in control of your emotions and choices. It’s concentrated work that can give you tools and insights you’ll carry forward long after the session ends.

At the end of the day, an intensive is a way to invest in yourself and your future. It’s a chance to step into your own healing, feel truly seen and supported, and make real progress in a short amount of time. You don’t have to do it all at once, but this is your time to focus on you—and you deserve it.

Explore your past. Comfort the pain. Live more authentically.

It's time to notice the parts of yourself that have been holding onto old pain, fear, shame, and guilt—and give them the care and comfort they’ve been missing instead of pushing them away.
