An option when readiness arrives before availability

The Intensive Waitlist.

Online Trauma Intensives in Vancouver & across WA

Waiting is hard. Especially when you need relief.

Reaching out for an intensive often happens at a very intentional moment. It may come after months—or years—of holding things together, doing your best to cope, and finally recognizing that you’re ready for deeper, more focused support. If you’re here and finding that intensive openings are currently full, it makes sense if that feels discouraging or even painful. Waiting for help can be especially hard when you’ve already gathered the courage to ask for it.

Therapy intensives are designed to offer concentrated, in-depth work over a shorter period of time. They can be especially helpful for individuals who want momentum, space to explore long-standing patterns, or a more immersive therapeutic experience than weekly sessions allow. Because intensives require significant preparation, protected time, and clinical pacing, availability is limited, and openings fill quickly.

Joining the intensive waitlist is a way to stay connected if this type of work feels like the right fit for you. By adding your name, you’re letting me know you’re interested in being contacted if and when future intensive openings become available. While joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, it does allow me to reach out should space open up that may align with your needs and readiness.

If you choose to join, your information will be reviewed thoughtfully and kept confidential. When an opening becomes available, I will reach out to discuss next steps, assess fit, and explore whether an intensive feels clinically appropriate at that time. Because timelines can vary, I encourage you to consider this as one possible option rather than your only source of support.

If waiting for an intensive feels too difficult right now, I warmly encourage you to pursue other therapists who offer intensives and may have sooner availability. You deserve timely care, and it’s okay to seek support wherever it is available. Finding another provider who can meet you sooner does not diminish the importance of the work you want to do—it honors your needs in this moment.

You’re also welcome to contact me to inquire about the possibility of weekly therapy.

  • In some cases, weekly sessions may be available sooner and can offer meaningful support while you consider whether an intensive remains a future goal. If weekly care feels like a better fit right now, we can explore that together.

  • While you’re waiting, it may help to stay connected to supportive resources, whether that’s ongoing therapy, grounding practices, or trusted relationships. Waiting does not mean you’ve done something wrong or that your needs are too much—it simply reflects the realities of limited availability in deep, focused therapeutic work.

If you would like to be added to the intensive waitlist, you’re welcome to complete the form below. Reaching out—even when the answer isn’t immediate—still matters. If you're interested in seeing about my availability for weekly therapy instead, contact me using the button below.

I genuinely appreciate your patience, your honesty about what you’re needing, and the care you’re taking with your healing and look forward to being in touch as space becomes available.
