You’re looking for more than just talking about your struggles.
You’re looking for insight that helps you truly understand yourself—not just surface-level sympathy or endless analysis of what’s wrong.
You’re ready to move beyond simply managing your symptoms and start understanding the deeper patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you.
This work is about uncovering the hidden blocks that keep you feeling stuck, making sense of the ways you’ve learned to cope, and developing new ways of moving through life that feel more authentic, balanced, and aligned with who you are.
Healing isn’t about quick fixes or pretending the past didn’t happen. It’s about creating a deeper understanding of yourself, building compassion for the parts of you that have worked so hard to protect you, and learning how to move forward with greater confidence and connection.
Insight becomes the bridge between where you are now and the life you’re ready to create.
Let’s explore your story, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and help you reconnect with the strengths and wisdom you already carry.
Therapy is more than just talking about what’s happening in the moment. It’s an opportunity to understand your story, recognize the patterns that have shaped you, and reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and resilience you already carry.
You may be ready to:
-
Understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships
-
Explore your emotions with more compassion instead of judgment
-
Better understand your reactions, triggers, and the parts of yourself that are trying to protect you
-
Move beyond old coping strategies that no longer serve you and develop new ways of responding
-
Build confidence and self-trust instead of relying on outside validation
-
Create healthier relationships while staying connected to your own needs and boundaries
-
Feel more grounded, present, and empowered in your everyday life
-
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding what you’ve been through, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where healing happens through safety, connection, and feeling truly understood.

You’re not looking for a therapist who simply listens while you stay stuck in the same patterns. You’re looking for someone who can help you understand why you respond the way you do, where those patterns came from, and what those parts of you need to feel safer, calmer, and more connected.
That’s where I come in.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and feeling truly understood. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I’ll provide guidance, support, and a safe space where you can show up as your full self—without judgment or needing to have everything figured out.
I understand how childhood trauma can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or alone in your experiences. I’ve walked my own healing path, and I know the power of learning to understand yourself with compassion instead of shame.
You don’t have to carry the weight of your past alone. Together, we can work toward feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and more at peace with who you are.
Professional Qualifications

Who I Work With
I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from the past, and create a more compassionate relationship with who they are today.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to hold everything together. They’re tired of feeling like they’re either “too much” or “not enough” and are ready to understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that have shaped them.
You may be a good fit for therapy with me if you’re ready to:
-
Explore your childhood experiences with curiosity and compassion while building a relationship with younger, wounded parts of yourself—not through embarrassment or shame, but through understanding and care.
-
Connect with emotions that may have been pushed aside, hidden, or difficult to access, while learning to approach them with warmth and self-compassion.
-
See therapy as one part of your healing journey—not a quick fix or a final destination, but a meaningful step toward greater emotional and whole-person wellness.
-
Build a stronger toolbox of skills to calm your nervous system, manage overwhelming emotions, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
-
Move from simply surviving and reacting toward feeling more connected, intentional, and empowered.
Healing is not about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, honoring what you’ve been through, and creating new ways of showing up for yourself.
If you’re ready to begin exploring your story with compassion, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

A Therapy Approach That Fits You
Your experiences are unique, and therapy should be tailored to what you actually need—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Some sessions may focus on exploring the emotions, memories, and experiences connected to childhood trauma and understanding how they continue to impact you today. Other sessions may focus on building practical skills to manage stress, navigate relationships, improve emotional regulation, or cope when life feels overwhelming.
I draw from approaches including CBT, IFS-informed Parts Work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT), and mind-body strategies, while staying flexible and focused on what feels most helpful for you. We’ll use the tools and approaches that fit, and adjust as your needs change.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what your healing should look like, but to provide guidance, support, and a safe space where you can better understand yourself and make meaningful changes at your own pace.
Pathways for Healing & Growth
I know sometimes its hard to believe, but you are so much more than what you've been through!
You’re a complex, multi-layered person with strengths, talents, and potential that are waiting to be fully seen. Parts of you may have been overshadowed by pain or the challenges you’ve faced—but those parts are still there, ready to be rediscovered. You can create a life where you feel in control, where your past and your symptoms don’t hold all the power.
It’s your time to step into your own light, notice your worth, and embrace the incredible person you’ve always been. It’s possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can tap into your inner strength, nurture that spark, and help you shine in a way that feels authentic and true to you.
