You’re looking for insight that transforms not surface-level sympathy or overanalysis.

You’re ready to move beyond simply talking about problems—you want guidance that illuminates patterns, uncovers hidden blocks, and points to actionable steps for real transformation. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice; it’s about understanding yourself deeply and learning how to navigate life in ways that feel authentic, sustainable, and empowering. Here, insight becomes the bridge between where you are now and the life you’re capable of creating.

Let’s journey together to awaken the insight and inner wisdom that will guide you long after our work ends.

Are you looking to....
  • Gain clarity on patterns that have held you back?

  • Understand your emotions and inner responses on a profound level?

  • Learn to listen to your own inner guidance with confidence?

  • Transform old coping strategies into conscious, intentional choices?

  • Build resilience rooted in self-awareness rather than external validation?

  • Navigate relationships and challenges from a place of insight, not reaction?

  • Step into your life with autonomy, knowing you have the tools within yourself?

You don’t need a blank-stare therapist who just nods and says, “And how does that make you feel?”

You need someone who can help you understand why different parts of you react the way they do—and what those parts need to feel safe, calm, and connected again.

And that’s what I’m here for.

How I work

I believe that therapy is what you make it.

It’s a space to explore your story, understand your emotions, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. My role is to provide guidance, support, and a safe environment where you can uncover the roots of your struggles, heal from past wounds, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll tailor the work to your needs, so you can reclaim your sense of self, strengthen your inner resources, and create meaningful change in your life.

In our time together, I’ll see your potential and remind you of it often. We’ll create a safe, open space where you can be completely honest about what’s really going on—that’s where real healing begins. My approach is warm, straightforward, and real, with a bit of humor to keep things balanced. I understand how childhood trauma can make you feel isolated and overwhelmed—I’ve been there too. But you don’t have to carry that pain alone anymore. Together, we can work toward healing and finding a way forward, even if it feels far away right now.

Nonjudgemental support. Unwavering belief in you.

Healing is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s not about fixing everything at once—it’s about showing up for yourself, day by day, and letting progress build over time.

Along the way, you’ll learn to recognize the patterns that trip you up, celebrate the small wins, and navigate setbacks without losing your momentum. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, self-awareness, and showing up for yourself even when it feels hard. With time, patience, and a little guidance, you’ll start to notice shifts that feel lasting, real, and truly yours.

Together, we'll work on....

  • Feeling more connected to yourself and others.

  • Identifying, understanding, and getting your needs met.

  • Recognizing and calming intense emotions when they arise.

  • Healing from past trauma and its impact on your present life.

  • Building healthy boundaries and trusting your instincts.

  • Understanding your triggers and learning ways to respond, not react.

  • Reconnecting with your body and sense of safety.

  • Strengthening self-compassion and inner resilience.

  • Navigating relationships with clarity and confidence.

Who you are now is not who you will always be—your growth is just beginning.

Growing allows you to...
  • Approach yourself with curiosity and compassion, learning to understand and care for all the parts of who you are.

  • Explore how childhood and teenage experiences have shaped your beliefs, emotions, and the way you connect with others.

  • Recognize and gently confront old patterns, self-sabotaging habits, and unhelpful thoughts that no longer serve you.

  • Discover new ways to nurture yourself with kindness, patience, and self-respect.

  • Strengthen your emotional awareness and resilience, so you can navigate life’s challenges with more ease.

  • Build healthier boundaries and relationships that honor your needs and values.

  • Reconnect with your body, your instincts, and your sense of safety.

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of self-understanding, clarity, and empowerment, giving you tools to thrive in your daily life.

Smiling woman, representing a therapy client

I work well with people who...

Are ready to explore their childhood by developing a relationship with younger wounded parts with curiosity & compassion instead of embarrassment and shame.

Are open to cultivating a connection with emotions that might be hiding out in the deep dark parts of ourselves, with compassion and warmth

See therapy as a part of the healing journey. Not a magical fix or final destination but a piece of the puzzle in whole-health wellness

Are sick and tired of ping-ponging between feeling “too much” and “not enough”.

Could use some support in building their toolbox to help calm the internal chaos in their nervous system.

You’re unique, and your therapy should reflect that! My sessions are all about working together in a way that feels right for you. Some days, we might dive deep into the feelings and memories tied to childhood trauma, really exploring what’s been holding you back. Other days, we’ll focus on practical tools—like managing focus challenges, diving into relationship challenges, or handling the overwhelm when everything feels like too much.

I draw from real-world methods like CBT, Parts Work (IFS-informed), EFIT & mind-body strategies, but I don’t get stuck on just one approach. We’ll use what works best for you and leave what doesn’t.

You’re the leader of your healing journey, and your individual needs and preferences are always my top priority. I'm not your boss and I trust completely in your ability to know what you need, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way!

Pathways for Healing & Growth

I know sometimes its hard to believe, but you are so much more than what you've been through!

You’re a complex, multi-layered person with strengths, talents, and potential that are waiting to be fully seen. Parts of you may have been overshadowed by pain or the challenges you’ve faced—but those parts are still there, ready to be rediscovered. You can create a life where you feel in control, where your past and your symptoms don’t hold all the power.

It’s your time to step into your own light, notice your worth, and embrace the incredible person you’ve always been. It’s possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we can tap into your inner strength, nurture that spark, and help you shine in a way that feels authentic and true to you.
