These spaces are here to offer support, education, and moments of grounding—not obligation. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as feels right for you. Healing isn’t measured by how much content you consume, how often you check in, or how “on top of” your growth you feel.

If at any point something doesn’t feel supportive, it’s okay to unfollow, mute, or step away. That choice can be a meaningful act of self-trust and care. You don’t owe anyone constant access to your attention or energy—especially in the name of healing.

Social media and guided content can be helpful complements, but they’re not a replacement for therapy or personalized care. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and move at a pace that honors your nervous system.
